- Work closely with founders on strategic questions
- Evaluate new markets and partnership opportunities
- Structure and pressure-test go-to-market approaches
- Drive go-to-market strategies for product deployment
- Conduct structured analyses and market research
- Perform competitive benchmarking
- Identify and foster potential business partners
- Negotiate and execute partnership deals
- Cultivate and maintain long-term partner relationships
- Monitor and optimize financial KPIs
- Build and manage KPI reporting frameworks
- Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations
- Support daily operations and key decisions
- Promote transparent communication and collaboration
