Tasks
- Own and build operational processes
- Solve ambiguous problems end-to-end
- Rebuild manual workflows into scalable systems

- Manage supplier and service-provider relationships
- Negotiate and follow through with suppliers
- Drive lab expansion logistics in Lausanne
- Coordinate internal company events
- Facilitate customer visits and team operations
- Maintain the company's day-to-day rhythm

- Design and implement new company processes
