- Ensure successful integrations of Flexion's stack on customer hardware
- Lead on-site deployments at customer facilities
- Write code during deployments
- Support the software lifecycle from initial bring-up to daily operations
- Triage and resolve full-stack issues
- Address issues across software, hardware interfaces, and system integration
- Provide remote and on-site support for issue resolution
- Partner with R&D and Product teams
- Expand deployments and unblock customer rollouts
- Capture logs and failure modes
- Relay actionable feedback to engineering for product improvements
- Create technical documentation
- Maintain deployment runbooks
- Develop operations manuals
