Requirements

• •Experience in Machine Learning lifecycle
• •Proven track record in client engineering teams
• •Understanding of modern ML frameworks and technologies
• •Demonstrated ability to influence technical leaders

Tasks

• •Engage proactively with client teams to understand business and technical requirements
• •Design and integrate specific ML implementations within client systems
• •Optimize and productionize ML solutions for clients
• •Transfer technical knowledge to client teams as needed
• •Stay updated on the latest LLM capabilities and implementation patterns
• •Explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• •Lead technical engagement for model training using proprietary client data
• •Ensure architecture aligns with specific constraints like GPU types
• •Define and execute a global technical strategy for ML integration
• •Ensure compliance with data security standards and performance SLAs
• •Build reusable playbooks and libraries for accelerated implementation
• •Build strong relationships with clients and create strategic partnerships
• •Advise internal teams on client infrastructure limitations and performance issues
