Tasks
- Shape and measure process elements
- Continuously improve business processes
- Partner with Business Process Owners and BPEs
- Manage current process and proposed changes
- Define future end-to-end process vision and roadmap
- Ensure high-quality, well-controlled, user-centric processes
- Drive transition from current to future state
- Support BPO in performance management and adoption oversight
- Collaborate with BPO and functions to meet requirements
- Facilitate workshops for input and feedback
- Document ‘to be’ processes and evaluate ‘as is’ processes
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and duplications
- Drive decisions through governance forums
- Align designs with programme timelines and milestones
- Evaluate functional area preparedness for programme delivery
- Identify gaps and propose solutions
- Understand people implications for change
- Define and deliver relevant interventions for adoption
- Create documentation for new processes
- Develop training and upskilling for colleagues
- Establish and manage interim operating states
- Design and implement interim processes
- Ensure minimal disruption to existing operations
- Plan transition from interim to permanent processes
- Foster effective stakeholder relationships
- Ensure alignment and collaboration
- Communicate programme objectives clearly
- Champion process vision and priorities
- Ensure effective feedback loops
