Requirements
- Studies in food technology, chemistry, or related field, or flavourist training, or vocational education with flavour interest
- 3 years experience in flavour development for food and beverage industry, or motivated entry-level candidates
- Strong sensory skills

- Experience with gas chromatography (GCMS)

Tasks
- Lead projects for developing new compound flavours and flavouring ingredients
- Process and interpret GCMS analytical data
- Optimize existing products and formulations
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, especially the EU Flavouring Regulation
- Develop new methods for obtaining extracts and flavouring substances
- Conduct and participate in tastings and sensory evaluations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality Assurance, Analytics, Marketing, Food Law, and Sales
- Maintain bills of materials and raw material data in the PDM system
- Prepare product samples as needed
