Requirements

• •Degree in accounting, controlling, or related field
• •CPA certification is a plus
• •Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS
• •Experience in statutory audit processes
• •Understanding of finance and accounting processes
• •Sense of ownership and accountability
• •5 years experience in Accounting, Controlling, or Audit
• •Eagerness for continuous learning
• •Experience in Shared Services environment
• •Familiarity with manufacturing or operational environments
• •Proficiency in SAP
• •Advanced Excel skills
• •Ability to analyze complex financial data
• •Fluency in English
• •Strong proficiency in German preferred

Tasks

• •Coordinate month-end closing with the Shared Services team
• •Oversee daily operational accounting activities
• •Calculate accurate transfer prices
• •Provide judgment-based inputs for accruals and provisions
• •Manage statutory closing with external service providers
• •Ensure adherence to internal and external accounting standards
• •Monitor and document the Internal Control Framework
• •Act as the primary contact for audits
• •Conduct first-level variance analysis during closing
• •Prepare financial and management reporting decks
• •Support budgeting and forecasting with the Site Controller
• •Advise stakeholders on accounting-related topics
• •Drive process improvements with the Shared Services team
