Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, financial controlling, or related field; CPA certification is a plus
- Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS with proven statutory audit experience
- Deep understanding of finance and accounting processes
- Demonstrated sense of ownership and accountability
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in Accounting, Controlling, or Audit
- Eagerness for continuous learning and professional growth
- Hands-on experience in a Shared Services environment
- Familiarity with manufacturing or operational environments is advantageous
- Proficiency in SAP
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data efficiently
- Fluency in English
- Strong proficiency in German is highly preferred but not mandatory
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results under pressure

Tasks
- Coordinate accounting and month-end closing processes
- Oversee daily operational accounting activities
- Deliver timely and accurate transfer price calculations
- Provide judgment-based inputs to the Shared Service Center
- Collaborate with external service providers for statutory closing
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and external accounting standards
- Document and monitor the Internal Control Framework
- Serve as primary contact for internal and external audits
- Conduct first-level variance analysis during closing
- Identify key trends and deviations in financial data
- Prepare financial and management reporting
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Act as a trusted advisor for accounting-related topics
- Drive process improvements and enhance collaboration
