Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Controlling
  • 3–6 years of experience in controlling or finance, ideally in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Accounting experience is a strong advantage
  • Experience with ERP systems (experience with Business Central is a strong advantage) and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with Swiss GAAP FER is an advantage
  • English required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of manufacturing environments and cost structures
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with production, sourcing, and finance teams
  • Structured and detail-oriented working style
  • Proactive mindset with ability to identify process improvements
