Requirements
- 7+ years corporate finance experience, ideally finance lead in start-up/scale-up
- Hands-on, comfortable with full ownership and independent function management
- Strong hands-on FP&A: budgeting, forecasting, liquidity, reporting
- Proven experience coordinating financial audits and tax filings
- Experience preparing investor materials and/or managing data room
- Solid corporate governance experience: board processes, shareholder matters, capital increases
- Proven experience building/running operational processes and tools
- Experience managing equity or phantom stock option plans is a plus
- Excellent written and spoken English; German is a plus
- Availability to start as soon as possible

- Ensure timely financial audits and tax filings
- Comply with statutory requirements in Switzerland and US
- Manage data room for fundraising
- Execute corporate governance matters
- Handle related filings in Switzerland and US

- Develop scalable legal processes
- Utilize finance and legal tools
