Tasks
- Lead monthly closing, consolidation, and reporting
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with IFRS and HGB
- Improve financial reporting processes and business planning
- Own monthly closing activities, including consolidation and error checking
- Prepare monthly reports
- Provide insights to influence strategic and operational decisions
- Act as business partner for all DACH entities
- Support developing and implementing benchmarking and training
- Support deploying new ways of working, focusing on SG&A
- Drive financial analysis and cost/investment control
- Lead working capital management and credit policy
- Own internal control procedures and ensure strong governance
- Contribute to ERP rollouts, integrations, and digital transformation
- Participate in and lead projects at plants and business units
- Manage a team of 14 employees, including two team leaders
- Collaborate with various teams and business units
- Support the finance and strategy team with other tasks
