- Monitor financial performance and identify discrepancies

- Ensure statutory compliance and regulatory filings
- Identify opportunities for financial performance improvement
- Develop actionable proposals for financial enhancements
- Introduce new financial methodologies and frameworks
- Bridge communication between managing directors and owners
- Evaluate new business opportunities and market expansions
- Translate complex financial information into recommendations
