- •3+ years of relevant professional experience in a start-up, in-house, or external accounting firm
- •Extensive knowledge in German HGB
- •Experience with DATEV, familiarity with other ERP software (Netsuite, Xero, Quickbooks, etc) is a plus
- •Good verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- •Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- •Ownership mentality, financial savviness, creativity, and drive to get things done
- •Self-starter with a track record of independently leading new initiatives
- •Passion for working and learning in a fast-growing, mission-focused business
- •Knowledge of international accounting standards, e.g. IFRS and US GAAP is a plus
