On-site installation, calibration, and repair of professional 3D printers for designers, engineers, and medical institutions. 80%+ travel and strong electromechanical background required. Company shares, 3x weekly catering.
Requirements
- Willingness to travel 80% or more of the time
- Based in Frankfurt or Berlin
- Energized by travel and willingness to be on the road 80%+ of the time
- Strong technical background in electromechanical/hardware
- Fluency in German and English
- Valid driver’s license
- Fluency in French
- Passion for 3D printing and emerging technologies
- Experience in rapidly-growing startup environments
Tasks
- Travel to customer sites to install and calibrate 3D printing systems
- Conduct on-site training sessions for customers on equipment and software
- Perform live product demonstrations to build customer confidence
- Respond quickly to customer downtime by performing urgent repairs
- Schedule and conduct annual maintenance visits for warrantied customers
- Diagnose electromechanical issues to achieve single visit resolutions
- Manage a high volume of service activities
- Independently coordinate travel arrangements and submit expenses
- Maintain detailed records of installations, training, and repairs in Salesforce
