Requirements
- Technical degree or equivalent qualification in a technical field (e.g., medical technology, electronics, mechatronics) or experience with high-tech devices

- Location within Romandy area or willingness to relocate
- Valid European driver’s license
- Willingness to travel extensively (>80%) within assigned territory (including regular overnight stays)

Tasks
- Provide technical support for Waters Advanced Diagnostics customers.
- Support customers during pre-sales and post-sales phases.
- Perform on-site installations for customers.
- Conduct on-site repairs for customers.
- Perform on-site maintenance for customers.
- Execute on-site upgrades for customers.
- Prioritize activities based on processes and SLAs.
- Plan activities according to processes and SLAs.
- Execute activities following processes and SLAs.
- Maintain personal tool and spare parts inventory at appropriate levels.
- Manage escalations.
- Resolve complex technical issues from customers and service organizations.
- Conduct basic technical training for customers.
- Perform instrument failure analyses and screenings.
- Conduct follow-up activities to improve system reliability.
- Document and maintain data in BD service systems.
- Ensure optimal data accuracy and high-quality customer reporting.
