Requirements

• •Marketing or Business degree
• •1+ years of hands-on experience in marketing campaigns and interest in events and community building
• •Self-directed with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects
• •Exceptional communication, writing, and organizational skills
• •Well organized with high attention to detail
• •Expert in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• •Proficient in delivering content via social media tools, including LinkedIn
• •Growth minded and team player with positive attitude
• •Marketo or other marketing automation tool experience preferred
• •Experience developing and executing account-based marketing programs
• •Experience with customer retention, cross-sell, and upsell campaigns
• •Life sciences industry experience a plus but not essential

Tasks

• •Support development and execution of field marketing plans
• •Execute event and webinar logistics
• •Provide customer conference support
• •Manage customer communications
• •Coordinate with internal teams on field marketing components
• •Assist in developing and editing marketing content
• •Create social posts, videos, and corporate templates
• •Repurpose existing content for various uses
• •Execute and optimize outreach programs on LinkedIn and other channels
• •Organize and coordinate Veeva and industry events
• •Manage event logistics and communications
• •Oversee event app management and reporting
• •Assist with weekly and monthly marketing program reporting
• •Analyze metrics using tools like Marketo, Lynx, Matomo, and Sigma
