Field Applications Manager EMEA(m/w/x)

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences or higher
- HT or HTL certification
- 3–5 years clinical laboratory experience
- Understanding of histology laboratory workflows
- Ability to lead and develop teams
- Resolving issues on complex laboratory instrumentation
- Strong customer-facing communication skills
- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Capability of working independently
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Technical writing skills
- Willingness to travel up to 75%
- Clean driving licence
- Experience in information technology field (advantageous)
Tasks
- Lead on-site application support for diagnostic automation systems
- Manage installations, network interfacing, and post-installation support
- Guide and develop the applications support team
- Oversee complex escalations to ensure timely resolution
- Track performance metrics like response and resolution times
- Execute instrument installations and demos in assigned territories
- Provide technical training for customers on pathology instrumentation
- Handle product replacement requests and document complaints
- Prepare work orders and periodic performance trend reports
- Collaborate with R&D to validate new product solutions
- Identify revenue opportunities and provide accurate product information
