- Resolve technical issues promptly and effectively
- Implement and enforce Fabric and PowerBI governance policies
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance
- Guide the team in building and maintaining the Fabrics data lakehouse
- Enable efficient reporting for IT-provided and self-service reports
- Align with PowerApp development teams on data structures and integrations
- Support the enhancement of data modeling standards for the Fabrics lakehouse
- Promote best practices within the data citizen community
- Provide resources and training for community growth
- Monitor team performance and offer mentorship opportunities
- Ensure reports comply with Accelleron reporting standards
- Stay updated on PowerBI and Microsoft Fabric trends for strategic improvements
