Expert Customer Analytics(m/w/x)
Designing and implementing a reusable testing framework for customer analytics at a major European electronics retailer. Strong statistical and experimental background required. 30 days vacation, company pension plan.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Data Analytics, ETL development, SQL-based data modelling and reporting
- Strong statistical and experimental background, including hypothesis testing, uncertainty estimation, and simulations
- Design and maintenance of reporting data models and dashboards for performance tracking, control group analysis, trend monitoring, and scenario evaluation
- Application of ad-hoc analysis frameworks and translation of complex analytical questions into reproducible approaches
- Deep understanding of full data lifecycle, from ingestion and transformation through modelling and documentation to reporting and decision support
- End-to-end ownership of data pipelines, including monitoring, error handling, and performance optimization
- Definition, harmonization, and documentation of KPIs, metrics, dimensions, and taxonomies
- Collaborative working style with ownership of analytical frameworks and reporting concepts
- Fluency in English
Tasks
- Own experimentation and measurement in customer and direct marketing
- Act as SME for testing methodology
- Standardize test setups, metrics, and significance calculations
- Design and implement reusable testing framework
- Enable automated, scalable test evaluation
- Own long-term control group reporting
- Develop and maintain control group reporting concepts
- Standardize ad-hoc analysis frameworks
- Support stakeholders with ad-hoc analyses
- Lead advanced forecasting and scenario planning
- Serve as methodology lead for predictive analytics
- Develop models for KPI forecasting, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Integrate forecasting models into existing technology stack
- Co-develop backend data architecture
- Build and maintain internal data mart based on CCDM
