Tasks
- Lead the brand strategy for the rare renal portfolio
- Shape the long-term vision and strategic planning
- Oversee integrated strategies for launches and growth
- Drive commercialization for current and future renal assets
- Manage lifecycle initiatives for the renal portfolio
- Collaborate with Development, Medical Affairs, and Access partners
- Represent the commercial function across internal forums
- Develop and implement international product launch plans
- Align launch plans with corporate objectives
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams for seamless execution
- Assess and drive launch readiness across priority markets
- Identify risks and enable mitigation plans
- Refine positioning and messaging using market insights
- Partner with regional teams to ensure strategy pull-through
- Provide guidance and tools for in-market success
- Define and track launch milestones and KPIs
- Lead governance updates and facilitate decision-making
- Communicate strategic goals to senior leadership
- Uphold high standards of compliance and excellence
- Develop Target Product Profiles and Integrated Evidence Plans
- Maximize commercialization and patient access potential
- Manage the overall commercial budget
