- Ability to drive outcomes with large Automotive electronic component suppliers
- Knowledge/expertise in IT systems for supply planning/communication

Tasks
- Lead the Operational Procurement team.
- Build a robust and resilient material supply.
- Drive supplier delivery performance outcomes.
- Develop supplier capabilities.
- Detect and resolve early supply issues.
- Build system capabilities for supply chains.
- Build team capabilities for supply chains.
- Transform HARMAN's supply chain.
- Engage HARMAN's supply base for requirements.
- Confirm supply capacity commitments.
- Confirm machine and tooling capacities.
- Drive closure of supply coverage gaps.
- Facilitate escalations to achieve outcomes.
- Actively manage HARMAN's supply agreements.
- Drive new product introductions (NPIs).
- Manage end-of-life (EOL) processes.
- Manage part change notices (PCNs).
- Manage part termination notices (PTNs).
- Coordinate last time buys.
- Manage OEM customer volume changes.
- Develop and implement methods for identifying supply exceptions.
- Optimize methods and processes for master data.
- Ensure continuous update and quality of master data.
- Develop and deploy automated methods for master data.
- Update master data using RPA.
- Maintain master data via API access.
- Pilot and deploy systems for internal efficiency.
- Establish collaborative work with suppliers.
- Define and deploy performance KPIs.
- Identify performance gaps.
- Refine and optimize work processes.
- Set clear standards for suppliers and internal partners.
- Build robust collaboration with SIOP teams.
- Build robust collaboration with Manufacturing teams.
- Ensure teams meet operational objectives.
- Represent Procurement in planning processes.
- Represent suppliers in planning processes.
- Represent Procurement in executive escalations.
- Lead team development and growth.
