Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 15+ years in data, analytics, and big data platforms with senior leadership responsibility
  • Leading enterprise-scale data and analytics transformation initiatives
  • Strong expertise in data products, data mesh concepts, and modern data architectures
  • Hands-on understanding of cloud-based big data platforms, streaming technologies, and analytics ecosystems
  • Accelerating AI/ML-enabled analytics at scale
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder influence, and change leadership skills
  • Experience in Automotive, Mobility, or Industrial domains
  • Exposure to connected vehicles, software-defined vehicles, IoT, or manufacturing analytics
  • Background in data product management or product-led operating models
  • Experience working in large, global, matrixed organizations
  • Willingness to travel up to 5%, domestic and international
  • Ability to work in an office

Tasks

  • Define and own Data & Analytics vision and roadmap
  • Drive transformation from centralized to domain-driven data capabilities
  • Partner with executive leadership on AI and data monetization strategies
  • Champion data-as-a-product mindset across teams
  • Lead design and rollout of Data Mesh architecture
  • Establish standards for data product ownership and lifecycle management
  • Enable interoperability and trust across data products
  • Balance innovation with scalability and cost efficiency
  • Provide strategic oversight of big data platforms and engineering
  • Ensure secure and resilient data pipelines
  • Guide platform evolution for AI/ML workloads
  • Align data architecture with cloud-native and event-driven principles
  • Accelerate AI and Advanced Analytics roadmap
  • Collaborate with AI/ML and product teams to operationalize analytics
  • Drive analytics maturity across various use cases
  • Enable AI-driven decision-making in multiple domains
  • Own and drive tactical analytics execution
  • Prioritize and deliver high-impact analytics initiatives
  • Lead analytics teams in delivering insights and models
  • Ensure analytics outputs translate into actionable decisions
  • Define and implement federated data governance
  • Establish clear data operating model between platforms and teams
  • Ensure compliance with policies and industry standards
  • Enable responsible AI and ethical data usage
  • Build and lead high-performing data teams
  • Foster data-driven decision-making culture
  • Develop talent strategies for global scaling
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and ecosystem partners
