- Develop study designs, protocols, and statistical analysis plans
- Address evidence gaps pre- and post-launch
- Partner cross-functionally on evidence generation
- Ingest, harmonize, and analyze multi-source RWD
- Generate robust insights from RWD
- Communicate findings through clear visualizations
- Tailor narratives for stakeholders
- Serve as SME on AI/ML applications for evidence generation
- Lead end-to-end data analysis for the Evidence team
- Identify, assess, and onboard RWD vendors and datasets
- Scan the Swiss landscape for new data sources
- Champion methodological best practices
- Ensure reproducibility and documentation
- Align with privacy, ethics, and regulatory standards
