Requirements

  • •Experience as Mechatronics Engineer or Betriebsmechaniker
  • •Hands-on skills in workshop fabrication
  • •Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and P&ID diagrams
  • •Knowledge of ATEX regulations and hazardous chemical handling
  • •EFZ or equivalent in Systems Engineering/Automatiker
  • •2+ years maintaining equipment in semiconductor, optics, or sensors fabs
  • •Strong IT/networking for equipment controls
  • •Fluency in German or English

  • •Maintain and optimize wet chemical etch and lithography tools
  • •Lead troubleshooting and repairs on complex systems
  • •Plan preventive maintenance and manage spare parts inventory
  • •Implement upgrades to enhance tool performance and process yields
  • •Collaborate with process engineers, R&D, and facilities teams
  • •Develop technical documentation and leverage MES systems
  • •Contribute improvement ideas through investments and innovations
  • •Provide on-call support every two months for critical situations
  • •Uphold HSE standards to ensure a safe and inclusive workplace
