- •Knowledge of Swiss environmental regulations
- •Understanding of emissions and sustainability practices
- •Strong analytical and data processing skills
- •Basic knowledge of H&S principles
- •Excellent command of Office 365
- •Strong problem-solving and risk assessment skills
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- •Fluency in Italian and English

- •Coordinate with cantonal authorities and community stakeholders
- •Develop and implement robust environmental policies
- •Conduct environmental impact assessments for production changes
- •Manage waste streams, segregation, and supplier audits
- •Lead initiatives to improve resource efficiency
- •Oversee chemical compliance and safety data requirements
- •Coordinate safe handling and storage of dangerous goods
- •Plan and execute environmental audits and inspections
- •Provide sustainability training to engineering and maintenance teams
- •Support the HSE Manager with health and safety activities
- •Prepare documentation for production safety standards
- •Manage HSE reporting for internal and governmental stakeholders
