- Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
- Ability to present complex topics clearly
- Knowledge of lean and agile methodologies
- Very good English and German skills
Tasks
- Develop IT architecture principles and standards
- Maintain target architectures and roadmaps
- Establish a lean Enterprise Architecture Practice
- Facilitate the global architecture community
- Manage the LeanIX EAM tool
- Ensure high-quality architecture and application documentation
- Conduct architecture reviews and governance checks
- Support strategic programs with solution design
- Advise on integration and technology decisions
- Evaluate technology trends for strategic recommendations
