Description

As an Engineering Team Leader, you will lead a talented group of engineers in developing cutting-edge IGCT devices. This role involves driving innovation, overseeing product development, and ensuring high-quality standards while mentoring the team and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Requirements

• •Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Solid-State Physics, or a related field
• •Minimum of 8 years of experience in electronics circuit design
• •At least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role focused on power semiconductor applications
• •Deep understanding of power semiconductor device physics and characterization techniques
• •Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• •Strong project management skills with experience in methodologies and tools
• •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• •Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• •Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop engineering talent
• •Knowledge of quality management systems and reliability testing for semiconductor devices

Tasks

• •Guide a team in designing, simulating, and characterizing new IGCT devices
