- Facilitate cross-functional solutions to optimize team effectiveness
- Supervise other managers or supervisors
- Inspire and motivate team members in a positive environment
- Oversee hiring and structural planning
- Manage performance using SMART goal targets
- Collaborate with leadership to define new products and strategies
- Drive execution of product roadmaps and project schedules
- Keep stakeholders informed and aligned with a sense of urgency
- Define and track KPIs using data-driven insights
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Manage engineering process systems including ECNs, RMAs, and ERP
- Ensure compliance with ISO and regulatory approval requirements
- Support Service and Sales departments
- Identify opportunities for skill development and career advancement
- Assess and align engineering skill sets with corporate growth strategies
