- Audit internal engineering tooling
- Improve internal engineering tooling
- Select off-the-shelf or custom tooling solutions
- Contribute to the organizational structure
- Reorganize R&D modules
- Initiate changes to optimize cross-functional delivery
- Collaborate with leadership on company vision
- Bring fresh ideas to leadership
