Requirements

  • •Master’s or Doctorate degree in Thermal Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • •5+ years of experience in thermodynamics and thermal systems in automotive and/or HVAC
  • •Strong knowledge of fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and thermal simulation tools
  • •Experience with sustainable refrigerants and global thermal system regulations
  • •Fluency in French, German, or Italian in addition to English
  • •Proven success in cross-functional leadership and data-driven strategy
