Requirements

  • 5+ years engineering experience
  • 2+ years managing engineering teams
  • Comfortable with Kotlin, React, AWS, or equivalent JVM/TypeScript/cloud
  • Use AI as a daily tool
  • Engage thoughtfully with engineers on architecture
  • Offer valuable insights on product design
  • Strong product and commercial mindset
  • Review product as a customer
  • Co-own CSAT with PM
  • Shipped in teams measured on outcomes
  • Clear communication in English
  • German language skills (plus)
  • Experience in B2B SaaS (bonus)
  • Experience in energy sector (bonus)
  • Experience in mobility sector (bonus)
  • Experience in platforms where engineering drives outcomes (bonus)

Tasks

  • Lead engineering team within focused area of reev platform
  • Potentially lead two teams depending on scope
  • Partner with PM to define and achieve critical outcomes
  • Focus on NRR, conversion, reliability, and SLAs
  • Coach engineers and instill product mindset
  • Maintain coherent backlog and data-driven decision-making
  • Ensure high quality and reliability of platform
  • Deliver seamless experience for B2B operators
