Requirements

• Strong vision for modern platform engineering
• Deep experience in CI/CD, DevOps, and infrastructure

• Hands-on experience with Terraform and AI tools
• 3+ years Engineering Management and 6+ years Software Engineering experience

Tasks

• Lead a team of 4–6 platform engineers
• Set technical direction for the platform
• Foster an environment for high-quality work
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines for speed and reliability
• Improve human and AI-agent deployment workflows
• Manage GCP infrastructure and Terraform configurations
• Oversee monitoring, alerting, and production observability
• Establish and track measurable SLOs
• Partner with the CISO on security strategy
• Prioritize security for regulated fintech environments
• Implement supply chain security and access controls
• Build foundations for AI agents in production
• Develop MCP interfaces for AI tools
• Design agent identity and access models
• Create sandbox environments for safe experimentation
• Build meaningful relationships with direct reports
• Support career aspirations and professional growth
• Identify friction points in infrastructure processes
• Analyze AI agent usage in engineering workflows
• Translate product vision into technical reality
• Assess security posture and compliance requirements
• Improve pipeline reliability and deployment frequency
• Define the roadmap for agent-ready platform scaling
• Shape platform strategy with the CTO
• Mitigate AI-specific security and data exposure risks
• Drive organization-wide software shipping initiatives
• Conduct performance reviews and career conversations
• Advise leadership on technical direction
