Employee optical Measurement and Detection Systems(m/w/x)
Implementing 2D/3D image processing for quality control in automated production of e-mobility aluminum components. In-depth industrial image processing knowledge and experience with Keyence, ABB, or Vision Tools vision systems required. Work in a specialized e-mobility aluminum component production environment.
Requirements
- Technical training or degree in automation technology, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or computer science
- In-depth knowledge of industrial image processing or machine vision
- Experience with vision systems (Keyence, ABB, Vision Tools, or similar)
- Programming skills in Siemens S7/TIA Portal
- Basic knowledge of ABB robotics or ABB controllers
- Understanding of automation processes, sensor technology, and industrial communication
- Analytical and structured approach to work
- Technical understanding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- German language skills (business fluent)
- English language skills are an advantage
Tasks
- Ensure reliable operation of optical measurement systems
- Continuously optimize and develop measurement and detection systems
- Design and commission optical measurement systems in automated production
- Implement 2D/3D image processing tasks for quality control
- Integrate and parameterize industrial vision systems
- Connect vision systems to PLC and robot controllers
- Support concept development for new automation solutions
- Analyze and troubleshoot system malfunctions
- Optimize existing systems for improved performance
- Document systems and train operating and maintenance personnel
- Collaborate with design, electrical engineering, software, and suppliers
