Requirements
- •At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- •Degree qualified or similar level of qualification, valid apprenticeships are also acceptable
- •Demonstrable track record in managing people and teams
- •Experience of warehousing operations and inventory management
- •Proficiency in SAP is essential
- •Knowledge of Warehouse Management System would be beneficial
- •Fluent in German and English
- •Leadership and Management Skills
- •Customer Focus
- •Good communication skills – must be able to influence
- •High stress tolerance
- •Results orientation
- •Analytical ability in problem solving
- •Team Player, who is supportive and collaborative

- •Ensure parts availability throughout the network
- •Manage demand planning and inventory functions
- •Plan and coordinate stock taking as needed
- •Define and report KPIs as required
- •Oversee all elements of warehouse operations
- •Facilitate customer operations through spare parts management
- •Drive continual improvement and standardization of spare parts processes
- •Collaborate with the Spare Parts team
- •Act as the primary escalation point for the main warehouse in Germany
- •Manage warehousing partners to meet KPIs and service levels
