Description

In this role, you will oversee the efficient flow of goods in the EMEA region, ensuring parts availability and managing inventory. Your daily responsibilities will involve collaborating with teams, driving process improvements, and serving as the key contact for warehouse operations.

Requirements

• •At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• •Degree qualified or similar level of qualification, valid apprenticeships are also acceptable
• •Demonstrable track record in managing people and teams
• •Experience of warehousing operations and inventory management
• •Proficiency in SAP is essential
• •Knowledge of Warehouse Management System would be beneficial
• •Fluent in German and English
• •Leadership and Management Skills

Tasks

• •Ensure parts availability throughout the network
• •Manage demand planning and inventory functions
• •Plan and coordinate stock taking as needed
• •Define and report KPIs as required
• •Oversee all elements of warehouse operations
• •Facilitate customer operations through spare parts management
• •Drive continual improvement and standardization of spare parts processes
• •Collaborate with the Spare Parts team
• •Act as the primary escalation point for the main warehouse in Germany
• •Manage warehousing partners to meet KPIs and service levels
