Tasks

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies
  • Lead a dedicated S&P team
  • Represent JLL in high-level client meetings
  • Achieve S&P targets and deliver cost savings
  • Manage RFPs and bid analysis
  • Negotiate and oversee contracts
  • Collaborate with Account Directors and Facilities Managers
  • Ensure compliance with client governance
  • Track supplier performance against agreements
  • Maintain accurate supplier documentation
  • Produce monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Track regional savings delivery
  • Provide KPI-based reporting
  • Qualify and onboard suppliers
  • Build strategic supplier relationships
  • Conduct site visits and supplier reviews
  • Support transformation activities and audits
  • Manage account transitions
  • Develop and manage ESG strategy
  • Align policies with country-specific operations
  • Support training initiatives
  • Champion best practices
  • Contribute to stakeholder surveys
