- Take responsibility for end-to-end feature development
- Prepare class diagrams in collaboration with Architects
- Collaborate with Backend, Tech Support, and QA teams
- Contribute fresh ideas during team retrospectives
- Propose improvements to enhance team processes
- Pursue personal and professional growth through workshops
