Requirements
- •BCSP, NEBOSH Diploma, Occupational Health certification or equivalent EHS qualification
- •Relevant Health & Safety Membership of a recognised organisation, preferably at Graduate/Chartered status
- •Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in EHS
- •Current working knowledge of EU-OSHA regulations and applicable safety standards
- •Familiarity with consensus standards published by ANSI / NFPA / DGUV / BG Bau
- •Ability to operate beyond compliance-based health and safety management
- •Self-starter, skilled and confident communicator, adept at influencing

- •Control hazardous energy through Lockout/Tagout procedures
- •Manage occupational noise exposure and control
- •Prevent heat stress and illness
- •Conduct exposure assessments for industrial hygiene
- •Plan for emergency response scenarios
- •Ensure safety when working at heights
- •Oversee confined space entry procedures

- •Identify risks and collaborate on remediation strategies
- •Deliver health and safety guidance to customers
- •Report to the EHS Director and implement EHS programs
- •Standardize policies across European locations
- •Account for EHS performance metrics and improvement plans
- •Inspect and audit safe work practices regularly
- •Conduct workplace risk assessments for various hazards
- •Support incident investigations and root cause analysis
- •Deliver regulatory training programs for EHS compliance
- •Monitor and communicate regulatory standards
- •Analyze safety metrics and report results to leadership
- •Work with all levels to implement effective safety solutions
- •Drive a harmonized approach across the European portfolio
- •Present safety metrics to site leadership teams
- •Lead implementation of EHS programs on campus
- •Develop relationships with facility operations and construction teams
- •Advise on EHS compliance for operations and construction
- •Create campus-specific plans for EHS program implementation
- •Identify and source EHS training for employees and contractors
- •Assist in developing organization-wide EHS standards
- •Ensure EHS requirements are met in daily operations
- •Support contractors in maintaining EHS standards
- •Lead accident and incident investigations
- •Review work procedures for risk levels and controls
- •Plan and manage high-risk activities effectively
- •Prepare weekly and monthly EHS reports
- •Conduct regular EHS inspections for facilities and projects
- •Implement best practices based on previous experiences
- •Conduct periodic EHS audits as required
- •Hold regular EHS meetings with stakeholders
- •Develop EHS initiatives and campaigns
- •Assess contractors and suppliers for EHS compliance
