Requirements

  • •University degree in relevant field or equivalent
  • •Experience in pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing
  • •Swiss safety specialist certification or comparable qualification
  • •Knowledge of Swiss safety regulations
  • •Excellent communication, moderation, and presentation skills
  • •Ability to lead safety discussions and investigations
  • •High social competence and cultural influence
  • •German language skills (advantageous)

Education

Bachelor's degree

Tasks

  • •Act as the primary EHS contact
  • •Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
  • •Conduct EHS risk assessments and technical evaluations
  • •Participate in Safety Gemba Walks and audits
  • •Lead incident investigations and provide expertise
  • •Drive and track corrective and preventive actions
  • •Select, train, and support Safety Coaches
  • •Deliver EHS trainings to promote safety culture
  • •Guide workplace risk assessments and protective equipment
  • •Support fire safety and emergency response activities
