Tasks
- Lead Swiss EHS organization
- Develop local EHS strategies
- Align with Corporate EHS
- Detect risks and weak points
- Guide management on EHS
- Ensure compliance with legal and JTI standards
- Represent JTI Dagmersellen to authorities
- Serve as Management Representative for EHS systems
- Lead EHS-related line and cross-functional organizations
- Nominate legally required EHS responsible persons
- Implement and maintain EHS standards
- Manage user-friendly EHS management system
- Coordinate EHS program implementation
- Review and monitor EHS trends
- Improve EHS awareness with process owners
- Perform internal safety audits
- Conduct safety dialogues
- Inform process owners on EHS compliance
- Foster EHS know-how and best practices
- Collect industry and legal intelligence
- Support risk assessments
- Apply EHS Pillar DMS/SWPs
- Track EHS KPIs
- Ensure PDCA drumbeat
- Update internal and external safety regulations
- Coordinate environmental performance audits
- Maintain local EHS legal register
- Follow up on legal and permit requirements
- Ensure ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 45001 compliance
- Support continuous improvement process
- Train and instruct department employees
- Minimize accidents and illness rates
- Reduce factory costs
