Requirements

  • •Degree in Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Engineering, or equivalent
  • •Process understanding in pharmaceutical or biotechnological manufacturing
  • •Swiss safety specialist certification or comparable qualification
  • •Knowledge of Swiss safety regulations and standards
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills
  • •Advanced experience in occupational safety
  • •German language skills (advantageous)

Education

Bachelor's degree
OR
Vocational certification

Work Experience

approx. 4 - 6 years

Tasks

  • •Act as the primary EHS contact for assigned operational units
  • •Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
  • •Conduct and support EHS risk assessments
  • •Evaluate technical change requests
  • •Provide EHS expertise during Safety Gemba Walks
  • •Support audits, inspections, and incident investigations
  • •Drive and track corrective and preventive actions
  • •Train and support Safety Coaches to strengthen site culture
  • •Deliver EHS training aligned with site strategy
  • •Promote safety and sustainability best practices
  • •Support workplace risk assessments and PPE guidance
  • •Manage fire and emergency preparedness
