- •Knowledge of ISO14001, ISO45001, and ISO19011
- •Knowledge of UN/EC and Swiss safety laws
- •Communication skills and relationship management
- •Resilience, flexibility, and autonomous work capacity
- •Team player with people-oriented mindset
- •Fluency in English and French or German

- •Develop and optimize EHS and Automotive Quality Management Systems
- •Maintain compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949 standards
- •Ensure adherence to Swiss federal laws and local legal requirements
- •Identify and eliminate workplace hazards and environmental risks
- •Analyze safety incidents and near-misses to prevent future occurrences
- •Propose technical and organizational measures to address root causes
- •Advise management on evolving health, safety, and environmental regulations
- •Train employees on QEHS guidelines to ensure consistent implementation
- •Lead internal audits and prepare for third-party certifications
