Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in ecommerce, omni-channel operations, or retail logistics
  • Strong understanding of fulfilment, logistics, inventory, and order management systems
  • Proven track record of driving KPI improvements and operational efficiency
  • Experience working cross-functionally in complex, matrixed organisations
  • Skilled in analysing data, validating results, and translating insights into action
  • Excellent project and time management capabilities
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable challenging the status quo and driving change through collaboration and data
  • Service-minded, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a great customer experience
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus

Tasks

  • Manage daily ecommerce operations across warehouse and retail fulfilment channels
  • Oversee omni-channel flows including click-and-collect, in-store returns, and home delivery
  • Drive performance across service, cost, and quality metrics to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and optimise KPIs such as order accuracy, delivery timelines, and fulfilment efficiency
  • Develop and implement scalable standard operating procedures (SOPs) for growth and cost control
  • Collaborate with Logistics, Retail, and Transport teams on network strategy and capacity planning
  • Design and maintain the omni-channel operating model for integration between stores and ecommerce
  • Partner with IT and Global Project Teams to implement and maintain backend systems and tools
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to align fulfilment operations with customer experience goals
  • Analyse data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Train and support internal teams on best practices and new systems
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for scalability and operational excellence
