Tasks
- Support daily operations of eCommerce sites
- Help with product setup and page updates
- Maintain collections and catalogue structure
- Assist with digital merchandising updates
- Support product launches and campaign pages
- Update homepage and collection visibility
- Ensure correct product and campaign reflections
- Conduct QA checks on product pages
- Test site updates and flag issues
- Ensure smooth customer experience across devices
- Support translation and localisation updates
- Ensure accurate localised content and pricing
- Help with routine reports and trackers
- Maintain visibility of launches and promotions
- Coordinate with Marketing, CX, and Operations
- Ensure accurate and timely site updates

- Bachelor's degree
