Requirements
- Technical college degree (HF), University of Applied Sciences degree (FH), or University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or Chemical Engineering
- Several years of professional experience in engineering and maintenance
- Independent and flexible working style, strong teamwork, excellent motivational skills, and resilience
- Structured, solution-oriented working approach and openness to new ideas
- First team management an asset
- Knowledge of MS Office, SAP, AutoCAD, and COMOS is an advantage
- Fluency in German and English, or fluency in one and willingness to learn the other
Tasks
- Manage technical operations within the assigned unit
- Support production campaigns in ADS multipurpose facilities
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and GMP guidelines
- Plan and implement production changes and investments
- Involve stakeholders in maintenance planning
- Assist the operations manager in managing production facilities
- Ensure economical maintenance and sufficient plant availability
- Lead or participate in technical projects
- Prepare credit applications and implement strategic maintenance projects
- Optimize technical installations with a focus on sustainability
- Manage your team effectively
- Meet cost and schedule targets
- Conduct risk analyses to ensure safety and environmental compliance
