Requirements
- Experience in D2C eCommerce
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce sales strategies and profitability track record
- Strong analytical skills and data interpretation for business decisions
- Familiarity with pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product placement optimization
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
- Enjoyment of demanding, fast-paced, multicultural environments; teamwork and collaboration
Tasks
- Trade the DACH DTC business daily.
- Partner with D2C eCommerce teams.
- Develop and execute merchandising, trading, and growth strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure accurate forecasts, stock allocation, and demand signalling.
- Execute trading plan to maximize gross margin.
- Achieve forecast attainment across all product categories.
- Maintain promotional calendar with pricing and discount details.
- Optimize product visibility, placement, and cross-selling.
- Analyze market trends, pricing, sales, and competitor activities.
- Identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Manage forecast accuracy and inventory levels.
- Ensure product availability.
- Report on sales, CS KPIs, gross margin, and forecast attainment.
- Analyze and present data and insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with and support D2C eCommerce teams.
- Set expectations for team members.
- Establish best practices and process improvements.
