Tasks

- Foster student confidence and artistic development
- Plan and deliver high-quality Drama lessons
- Design and implement a structured programme
- Cover creative expression, improvisation, acting techniques, and performance skills
- Create a positive, inclusive, and dynamic learning environment
- Prepare students for performances and showcases
- Maintain records of lesson plans and student development
- Use school technology to communicate with families
- Communicate regularly with parents and reporting line
- Organize and coordinate drama productions
- Supervise script work, casting, and rehearsals
- Collaborate with colleagues on musical productions
- Undertake additional duties as assigned
