Requirements

  • Studium (Informatik, Automatisierungstechnik, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar) mit Promotionsberechtigung
  • Datenanalyse-, Statistik- und Modellierungswerkzeuge (Python, MATLAB, Datenbanken, Cloud-Datenplattformen)
  • Machine Learning und KI-basierte Prozessoptimierung
  • Programmierung von Robotern und Bildverarbeitungssystemen (von Vorteil)
  • Analytische und konzeptionelle Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und wissenschaftlich präzise Arbeitsweise

Tasks

  • Innovative Automatisierungslösungen für die „Best-Fit“-Montage konzipieren und auslegen
  • Produkt- und Montagekonzepte mit Fokus auf Fertigungsstreuungen und Spaltmaßqualität analysieren und bewerten
  • Datenbasierte Prozess- und Regelungsmodelle zur Vorhersage von Bauteil- und Prozessverhalten entwickeln
  • Versuchsreihen zur Validierung neuer Konzepte vorbereiten, programmieren und durchführen
