- Ensure ITSM process adherence
- Keep service documentation up to date
- Communicate service changes to stakeholders
- Communicate roadmap updates to stakeholders
- Communicate operational status to stakeholders
- Plan DLP-related projects
- Lead DLP-related projects
- Define project milestones
- Control project execution
- Support benchmarking initiatives
- Support internal audits
- Support security initiatives
- Support compliance initiatives
