- •Deep knowledge of European lifestyle, shoe trade, and sporting goods/outdoor industry
- •Strong prior knowledge of key industry agents in the EMEA market
- •Ability to create good relationships with countries and key accounts
- •High energy, goal-oriented, and driven individual
- •Advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting
- •Strong analytical skills for KPI reports and product forecasts

Tasks
- •Drive growth and optimization of EMEA WHS partners
- •Execute the regional WHS marketplace strategy
- •Align global GTM plan with regional strategies
- •Lead and develop long-term partnerships with key accounts
- •Plan and execute market and channel strategies
- •Manage a sales team and territorial agencies across EMEA
- •Build and implement a 1–3-year strategic business plan
- •Conduct market visits and attend strategic account meetings
- •Utilize data analytics to monitor competitive landscape
- •Provide strategic feedback to product and merchandising teams
- •Measure and track success through scorecard metrics
- •Cultivate relationships with senior-level key accounts
- •Develop regional strategies aligned with global plans
- •Implement business review processes for sustainable partnerships
- •Lead the EMEA sales process and liaise with local teams
- •Manage account profitability within budget parameters
- •Segment key accounts with relevant brand strategies
- •Create and implement commercial T&C strategies
- •Manage sell-in, sales operations, and re-order processes
- •Build and coordinate sales programs and initiatives
- •Provide strategic sales feedback for marketplace rollouts
- •Collaborate with other functions for achievable GTM plans
- •Identify effective programs for sell-through
- •Develop FY and seasonal sales targets based on feedback
- •Monitor business progress and organize planning meetings
- •Drive negotiations for commercial service level agreements
- •Elevate sales team professionalism in account management
- •Prioritize strategic accounts agenda with key stakeholders
- •Participate in projects as needed
- •Meet weekly with head of Wholesale & Business Development
