- Lead development discussions for assets in progress
- Mentor and coach junior TPLs and team members
- Facilitate CMC team meetings and track actions
- Communicate CMC topics to support decision-making
- Adjust communication based on audience needs
- Oversee financial resources and budget accountability
- Take responsibility for team outcomes and successes
